This warranty is extended only to the original end-user or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

The warranty date is based on the date of the shipment. Product term lengths are as follows:

Structural Tool Box Warranty – 3 Years

Parts and Hardware – 1 Year

Powder Coat and Finish – 1 Year

Damage from intentional acts, fire, natural disasters, theft, cosmetic wear not affecting functionality, or due to an animal that has anxiety or chewing tendencies and modification by anyone other than an authorized American Aluminum representative are excluded from this warranty.

During the warranty period we will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

Pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

To be eligible for warranty service on products purchased directly from CamLocker (ship-to-door), you must contact us within 30 days of shipment.

If an issue arises, contact us in writing with a detailed explanation and photographic evidence. We will review your claim within 72 hours.

You will need to return the product for inspection at your expense. If the issue is due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge and cover return freight. If the issue is not covered under warranty, repair arrangements can be made (freight and handling costs may apply).
